Summer Showcase FAQ's
- All dancers with the exception of our Saturday Mini Stars (9AM class), Minis (10AM class) and Mini 1's (11:30AM Ballet class) will be performing in both shows on the 10th July. Please refer to your email to check which performance you have been allocated tickets for.
- All guests require a ticket and this will need to be shown on the day either printed out or on a mobile phone device. 5 year olds and under do not require a ticket. Dancers performing in the Showcase do not require a ticket.
- No pets are permitted at the showcase.
- Photographing and recording of the event is permitted however not to be posted on social media or any online platforms. There will be a professional photographer at the event to capture your dancers in action and you will be able to purchase photos through an online gallery after the event.
- Dancers performing in both shows require a packed lunch, snacks and drinks for in-between the 2 performances. Dancers in school years 6 and above may bring money to purchase food from the BBQ after the first performance.
- Costumes and accessories are for the dancers to keep unless stated otherwise on your costume slip.
- Dancers in 2 or more dances will require a stacking box to keep all their belongings in. Please name everything!
